"Enhancing Lives" Appeal
Cherchefelle provide supported and sheltered housing, outreach support services, domiciliary care and a welfare benefits advice service. Most of our funding comes from Supporting People (a national fund for housing related support) or directly from Social Services for specific clients. However there is much we would like to do which this funding can not pay for, such as:
Outings - either group or individual, for example to the park, the seaside, the theatre.
Social Events - barn dances, coffee mornings, parties, concerts, helping clients move on into new homes by moving donated furniture and raising awareness of disability and mental health issues.
It is often little things which make such a difference to people's lives - the things they remember when life is getting them down.
We therefore, launched our "Enhancing Lives" Appeal to mark our 35th Anniversary and to help us provide these little extras which make such a big difference to those less fortunate.
Cherchefelle is an exempt Charity (ref: XN28264) and donations can be sent at any time marked for the attention of The Resources Director or the Chief Executive. Cheques should be made payable to Cherchefelle Housing Association.
