About us
Cherchefelle is a charitable housing association based in Reigate, Surrey. We were formed in 1970 so have a long track record of delivering high quality services for vulnerable people. We are registered with The Housing Corporation and affiliated to The National Housing Federation. Our Domiciliary Care Service - Cherchefelle Premier Homecare - is registered with, and regulated, by The Commission for Social Care Inspection. We work in Surrey, West Sussex and adjoining areas. Our Mission Statement is:- "To be an excellent provider of supported and sheltered housing, support and homecare services, which enhance people’s lives." Most of our funding comes through our rental income, Supporting People grant and fees from Social Services. What we can do with such funding is strictly regulated so we also aim to raise charitable funding to pay for the "extras" which enhance the lives of those we support, e.g. social events, welcome hampers, practical assistance with moving.
